At Waterman Epoxy Floors we want your experience with us to be pain free and exceptional. We follow a five step process to ensure we understand exactly what you want in an epoxy floor solution and then install it in the most professional manner.

Step 1: In Home Consultation

This is an important step in the process that allows us to see and feel the floor.  We are coating experts, not concrete experts.  During this consultation we will get a look at any repairs that need to be made, answer any questions the customer has about our company or the process.  We will also provide different color samples for the customer.

Step 2: Floor Preparation

Probably the most important step in the process is making sure the floors are ready to be finished.  We use industrial grade Diamond Grinders which will open up the concrete and allow the epoxy to properly adhere.  Then we will use industrial HEPA certified vacuums to make sure the surface is free from any dust or debris.

Step 3: Epoxy Solution

Once the floor is prepped and clean we will apply a thin primer coat of epoxy which will get the floor ready for the main coat of epoxy.  Once both coats are applied our solution will be ready to accept the flakes.

Step 4: Flake

We will broadcast flake to cover more than 95% of the epoxy, our epoxy solution allows for great adhesion to the flakes and will be the foundation for your floor for decades to come.

Step 5: Clear Coat

This is the final step in the process and the one that provides our customers with the clean finished look they were wanting. We will squeegee and back roll a polyaspartic solution that will harden and seal your floors for life.
